According to the geologist who looked at photos of the circle petroglyph at the Miner Farm, it is likely evidence of prehistoric quarrying.

"I have had the opportunity to examine the Miner Farm features in question. The circular feature described as a petroglyph exhibits the same physical characteristics as other well established petroglyphs which were pecked."
